Alexandra Klöhn started The Nomari Collective in 2022 to produce the kind of work she wanted to photograph — slow, considered, and rooted in a place she knew well.

Nomari works as a collective. Every project is assembled around the brief: production, direction, casting, location, talent — specialists brought in for the shoot, a team that changes with the work. The constant is the posture: quiet, prepared, local.

Nomari is one of a handful of production companies certified to operate in Namibia. For brands wanting to shoot here, the list of in-country partners is small. Nomari is on it.

Alongside the production suite sits a second offering — masterclasses, surf expeditions, and luxury production travel. The through-line is the same: Namibia as a creative medium, not a backdrop.
